Judy Ann Santos Agoncillo will soon be on Philippine tv screen again after giving birth to her eldest son, Lucio. Judy Ann has already lost 27 pounds from her weight just in time for the launching of Junior Master Chef: Pinoy Edition in August 2011.

JLo splits with Marc Anthony

The singers, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are splitting after 7 years of marriage and having 3 year-old twins, Max and Emme. It was told that Marc's spending habit and an alleged affair with an airline stewardess prompted JLo to push trough the break up.

Captain America: The First Avenger overtook Harry Potter

Paramount and Marvel Studios' Captain America: The First Avenger is on the top list of the box office in the US with USD65.8 million during launching, overtaking Harry Potter which falls on Number 2. Maybe Harry's magic is not working anymore to the movie audience.

Sharon Cuneta surprises fans with 34 waist line

The Philippine's Megastar Sharon Cuneta will surprise her fans with a slimmer body. According to one of her bestfriends and make up artist, Fanny Serrano, Sharon has lost a lot of weight and her waistline is down to 34 inches from 40 inches. Fanny said Sharon was inspired by the stories of the contestants in Biggest Loser, a show which Sharon hosts in ABS-CBN. Fanny also disclosed that the Megastar will be doing a movie together with her ex-husband, Gabby Concepcion, and maybe with their only daughter, KC.

Reggie Lee, a Filipino in Hollywood

At first glance you would not suspect that Reggie Lee is a Filipino because of his Chinese features. But he is a 100% Filipino! He was born in Quezon City, Philippines, to Zenaida Telmo and Jesus Espiritu Valdez. Upon hearing his interview in ABS-CBN, I eagerly called a friend (who is also an avid fan of Prison Break). He is "Kim" on that famous tv series and he was sooo good in portraying his villain character that we "hated" him for that. I told my friend, "Kim is a Filipino! The Chinese guy in Prison Break speaks Tagalog!". We're really proud of him. Reggie Lee was also in the Pirates of the Caribbean, Drag Me To Hell, and many other Hollywood movies. He will be portraying (for the first time) a Filipino character in Here Comes the Boom, a film with Kevin James, Salma Hayek and Charice.

Ruffa Guttierez kisses honest taxi driver

A cab driver, Ariel Dalangin, had his dream date fulfilled when Philippine actress, Ruffa Guttierez, kissed and hugged him for returning Ruffa's expensive shoes. The 6 pairs of shoes were left by Ruffa's assistant in Ariel's taxi and the driver returned it through DZMM (ABS-CBN's radio station). The shoes have a total value of Php 170,000.00.

Nora Aunor is coming home on July 31, 2011

The Philippine's Superstar, Nora Aunor, is definitely coming home on July 31, 2011. This was reported by Balitang America after Nora Aunor has cancelled her flight to Manila from Los Angeles last Tuesday. The Superstar will be doing a project here in Manila in September produced by a member of Ejercito clan headed by former President Erap Estrada.
