Piolo Pascual was emotional during his 'Piolo Meets the Maestro Ryan Cayabyab' concert last February 15. He went down from the stage while singing Ikaw ang Pangarap to be near with his girlfriend, KC Concepcion, who was sitting beside Piolo's mom. "I realized there's just one dream that I've always wanted to fulfill: to be with that special someone." said the singer-actor.
