President Noynoy will give an award to Comedy King, Dolphy Quizon on Monday because of his contribution as an artist and a philanthropist who help OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers). Doply is the founder of Dolphy Aid Para sa Pinoy Foundation that gives scholarship to the children of OFWs.
